At VitalSync, we are committed to delivering your premium fitness, recovery and wellness equipment products with care, reliability and clear communication.
Orders may be fulfilled by our approved warehouse, brand or supplier partners depending on the product. Delivery times vary depending on the product, stock availability and delivery method. We aim to provide clear delivery information before and after purchase.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times vary by product and will be shown where available on the product page or during checkout.
Some of our larger fitness, recovery or wellness products may require scheduled, kerbside or specialist delivery. Where this applies, we will provide relevant delivery information before dispatch.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs vary depending on the product, supplier, delivery method and item size.
Where applicable, delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed. For large, specialist or supplier-direct items, delivery costs and arrangements may be confirmed before dispatch or as part of the product enquiry process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery where tracking is available.

UK Delivery Only
At this time, VitalSync ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Large Item Delivery
Some of our larger smart fitness products, such as treadmills and multi-gym equipment, may require scheduled, kerbside or specialist delivery. Any specific delivery requirements will be shown where available before dispatch or purchase.
Access Requirements
For larger items, customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access to the delivery address. This may include checking doorway widths, stair access, lift availability, parking restrictions and whether specialist handling is required.
If a product has specific access or delivery requirements, we will provide relevant information where available before dispatch.
Installation and Assembly
Unless clearly stated on the product page or order confirmation, delivery does not automatically include installation, assembly or room-of-choice placement.
Where installation or specialist setup is available, this will be confirmed before purchase or arranged separately with the relevant supplier or delivery partner.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vitalsyncfitness.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will work with the relevant supplier, warehouse or delivery partner to investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps.
Delays and Issues
While we always aim to provide accurate delivery information, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, supplier availability or high demand periods.
