Many products sold through VitalSync may be covered by a manufacturer or brand warranty. Warranty length, coverage and claim requirements can vary by product.
Where manufacturer warranty information is available, we will provide this clearly before purchase or as part of the product documentation supplied with your order.
What Warranty May Cover

We will review your enquiry and, where appropriate, work with the relevant brand, supplier or manufacturer to confirm the next steps.
Repairs, Replacements and Support
Depending on the product, issue and warranty terms, the next step may involve troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, collection, replacement or further inspection.
For large or specialist equipment, support arrangements may vary depending on the supplier, manufacturer and product type.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty support may require proof of purchase. Please keep your VitalSync order confirmation and any product documentation supplied with your item.
Statutory Rights
Warranty cover is separate from your statutory consumer rights. Your legal rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty or guarantee.

As VitalSync continues to build approved supplier partnerships, some product warranty details may be confirmed once the relevant brand or supplier relationship is finalised.
