At VitalSync, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return in line with UK consumer law and the terms outlined below.
14-Day Cancellation and Return Period
For most online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you would like to cancel and return the item.
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where possible.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@vitalsyncfitness.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide the next steps and return instructions.
Large Item Returns
Large, heavy or specialist items may require a scheduled collection or approved courier return. Please do not return large items without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return costs for large items may vary depending on the product, courier, collection method and location. We will confirm the relevant return process before the item is sent back.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive safely back with us.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and provide appropriate support regarding replacement, refund, or return arrangements.
Refunds
Where required by UK consumer law, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery paid at checkout. Any enhanced, specialist or premium delivery service selected by the customer may not be refunded in full beyond the standard delivery amount. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method where possible. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, customisation or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, assembled, installed or used, unless faulty.
Any product-specific exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
